when a prospective first drives by your house, what does the homebuyer see? It is the landscaping, curb, and exteriors of the house. Is it a nice, neat appreance that gives the buyer a great first impression? or is it a "problem house" that drives away the buyer who may never wants to get into your house to view it regardless how nice it is inside?
Therefore, in preparing your home for sale, the first step is to prepare the curb appeal. Here is what you should do:

- Water and feed your plants and flowers properly to keep growing well.
2. Lawn:
- Mow your lawn at least every two weeks
- Don't leave the cut grass on the lawn
- Edge the yard with nice and neat appearance
- Spend 10 dollars for fertilizer on the lawn
3. Exterior paint

- Paint the front door and trim with tow different colors
- Paint the trim of you front windows.
This may cost you $50 dolloars to do it. But, it makes a big difference
4. Pressure-wash your drive way if there is evidence of dark mold growth
