INDIANAPOLIS — Home sales during June declined 19.8 percent, to 2,961, from a year ago, while the average sale price rose 3.6 percent, in the 10-county area that includes Marion, the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors reported Monday. MIBOR's statistics echo reports earlier this month about lagging sales in the Central Indiana market.
